Our house is located in the Solara Resort which is among the top 5 resorts in the region. Our house is very well located, very close to the main attractions for you to enjoy your vacation. We are 12 min from Disney, 25 min from Sea World and 30 min from Universal Studios. In addition to parks, you and your family can count on several shopping centers and restaurants in the surrounding area.

One thing is for sure, when you connect with our home, your leisure time will never be the same.

Even though the resort has a mini market, it is necessary for the guest to stop at the nearest supermarket (6 minutes you can find WalMart) to buy toiletries and meals.

Our house is amazing and super complete. The house has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 12 people. Being able to accommodate, in addition to the 12 people, 1 more children (up to 2 years old or 13kg) who can sleep in a cot that is available for FREE and also 2 more children (up to 10 years old) who can sleep on the sofa in the TV room on the 1st floor.

You'll find everything you need to make your vacation much more enchanting.

For your comfort, we provide a children's car, ideal for walks in the parks and when returning from the parks, relax with a foot massager.

- Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am. We can anticipate the check-in and extend the check-out if it is not rented to another person, as long as it is authorized by the Owner. In case of non-compliance, the guest will pay the amount corresponding to 1 daily rate;

- YOU CANNOT RECEIVE GUESTS, unless the names are listed in the authorization that we will pass on to the condominium and that is within the capacity of the house. The fine for non-compliance is U$D 150.00 per person who exceeds.

- Have common sense when using sound equipment and that any type of sound is PROHIBITED from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, as well as any other type of noise. The value of the fine determined by the condominium is in the amount of U$D 1,500.00 per complaint.

- The doors must be CLOSED due to air conditioning. If the air conditioning is damaged due to open doors and windows, a fine of U$D 3,000 will be charged.

- The house has vases, bowls and acrylic and plastic utensils, with the use of crystal utensils being PROHIBITED which could break and inherit someone in the pool or at the edge of the pool, as well as drinking any type of drink food inside the pool, fine of USD 800.00

- It is FORBIDDEN to enter the pool with suntan lotion, sunscreen or similar.

- Pets are PROHIBITED, the fine for non-compliance is R$ 200.00 (Two hundred Reais) per day.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Fine of U$D 1,000.00 for disinfecting the environment.

- Shoes are not allowed on the carpet

- The cleaning fee paid at the time of booking is to receive the house clean and impeccable. However, if an excess of dirt, very dirty dishes and pans, leftover food in the refrigerator is diagnosed upon departure, a daily wage fee of U$D 250.00 will be charged.

- The house has capacity for 2 car spaces. There is parking for visitors, but we are not responsible if there are no spaces. Parking on the street is not permitted, subject to towing and fines.

- Trash must be placed outside daily, where there is a bench. Garbage will only be collected if it is in appropriate bags. On the day of check-out, you cannot leave trash inside the house. In the case of other types of garbage, there are collectors located in the administration parking lot.
